Based on Jonah's Biblical history, Canadian clinical scientist and world-famous scientist Jordan Peterson warns against the anticipation of moving free societies into a totalitarian state. He calls on everyone to tell the fact as long as possible.
On a forum organized by Alliance for liable Citizenship (ARC) in Germany, Peterson asks how a free country can fall into a totalitarian nightmare. His answer is, “because all individual surviving in that country has decided to close his mouth erstwhile he is called upon to say what should be said.”

He recalls: “You must realize that there is no difference between a totalitarian state and a state in which all individual always lies about all subject, both telling the fact and hiding the truth.”
“Good people have a mandate from their conscience,” says Peterson. This mission is to talk from the spiritual origin of their hearts.

The Germans know what it means to be responsible, Peterson says. 1 of the meanings is: “If you have something to say, keep your mouth shut not only at your own risk, but at the hazard of everything, everything you love, everything you know, your country, the world.” He points out that this is the consequence of the fact that all individual is created in the image of God and so has his task.
Peterson notes that open talk about unpopular facts has a price. “Don’t think it doesn’t cost anything. But don't think the cost of speaking is little than the cost of silence, due to the fact that life doesn't work that way. The cost of silence comes later, but delayed penalties are usually much worse than the penalties you receive erstwhile the time comes," he warns.
“If the consequences of speaking are already high, you are already in a bad position and it is better to talk now before it gets worse. And it will be even worse, depending on how much people are willing to stay silent," Peterson says.
This is where you can find the meaning of life, the Canadian scientist continues. We all gotta die sometime. “This is erstwhile you can do something noble in your life. This could be the biggest romanticist adventure of your life. You went from false safety to chaos and only God knows what you'll experience there. If you do it voluntarily, the best of you will have the chance to appear. Then you can be the light on the mountain that illuminates the world. The reward you will receive for following your conscience will be much greater than any punishment," says the psychologist.
This is the definition of developed faith. Peterson stresses: “Do you believe in the truth? Does the fact set you free? Doesn't mean she doesn't have a price. But everything has a price. You can't decide if there's a price, you can decide what you're willing to pay for. And if you must pay the price, you can pay it for what is holy, due to the fact that what else would you choose?’
