Sławomir Mentzen on X on the creation of a Europe of Sovereign Nations Group in the European Parliament.

The Euro MPs of fresh Hope present formed a group of Europe of Sovereign Nations. Stanisław Tyszka became vice-president of the group, and Ewa Zajączkowska will be able to participate in the Europarliament. Our MEPs will be in the committees they care about. It is besides the only group from which we were invited. We had a choice between this group and the absence of any affiliation. Being an unattached Euro MP is completely pointless. There are very fewer speeches, fewer funds, fewer workers in Brussels, and it is impossible to choose a committee to work in.

We are now under attack for this due to the fact that there are besides Euro MPs of the German AfD in Europe who have an opinion in Germany specified as the Confederation in Poland.

The media will now repeat the lies that AfD wants to revise the border with Poland, they will claim that AfD is anti-Polish. Of course, AfD does not want to review the border with Poland, and if individual thinks so, due to the fact that 1 of their youths wrote it, I feel sorry for the ability to verify the reliability of information. AfD is besides not anti-Polish. It's pro-German.

I have no problem with German politicians taking care of German interests. It is normal, even if it happens at the expense of Poland. Polish politicians should effort to prosecute their interests at the expense of another countries, including Germany. I have a problem with the fact that Polish politicians carry out German interests at the expense of Poland. I have a problem with Donald Tuski, I have a problem with Claudia Jacira, who was just happy that she had late voted against the German reactions to Poland, after which even Żukowska told her to run for Bundestag.

Of all the German parties, AfD is the only weapon of Polish sovereignty against the EU, defends Polish manufacture and agriculture against the Green Deal, defends Europe against mass immigration, while another German parties want to take our sovereignty distant by changing EU treaties, want to destruct our manufacture and agriculture, want to flood us with immigrants. So who's anti-Polish?

Are there politicians in AfD who are described as pro-Russian? The full German establishment is pro-Russian. Gerhard Schröder, Angela Merkel, Olaf Scholz. Who wasn't pro-Russian? Isn't the French election winner Jean-Luc Melenchon pro-Russian? It is, and it is. He was pleased that Russia took over Crimea, wants to talk out of NATO, considers Russia as the partner the US has provoked to war. And yet Tusk, Trzaskowski and many another politicians enjoyed his victory. No abroad cooperation can be carried out if it is assumed that you gotta agree with your partners in everything.

Learning about AfD from the Left or mainstream media is just as sensible as reading about the Confederacy in Gazeta Wyborcza or watching TVN reports about the Confederacy. Both parties are hated by the system, and the media make their politicians monsters. AfD is simply a German Confederate. A group of anti-systemists with different views. Economically, they're free market. They besides have quite a few conservatives and nationalists. Of course the media makes them all fascists and Russian agents, but it makes as much sense as it does to stick these patches to the Confederate.

Our agreement concerns European affairs (Green Governance, Immigration, Treaty change) where we share the same opinion. On national issues, everyone implements their policy. If individual from them says something stupid about Poland, we will attack it, of course. And we're not going to explain what they said, and they're not going to explain for us. We do not support our national programmes, we do not sign them, we do not even consult on them. We are only curious in defending our countries against the ever-crazy policy of Brussels.

I'm going to run a real policy. I do not like the emotional approach of Polish political elites and I do not intend to do so myself. Politics is about doing business. The interests of our voters will be most effectively realised by joining this group. While remaining unattached, we would not have many tools essential to work in the Euro-Parliament, to inform voters in Poland what is going on there and to counter another EU madness.

We owe our voters the most effective action in their interests and we intend to do so. In this case, for this to be possible, our MEPs had to join the Group of Europe of Sovereign Nations.
