Northern Street in Łódź after reconstruction. Can individual explain to me the CO on the south side of this street there are immense metallic structures with benches that practically no 1 uses? It doesn't use... due to the fact that virtually across the street there's a refurbishment of PARK, so sitting next to cars standing and passing doesn't make any sense. In addition, setting up these structures made it essential to “bent off” the roadway and the track, making the reconstruction more complicated, and the tram itself drives slower and louder. At the same time, there was no place for any bicycle infrastructure on this side of the street.
Someone may say that “they will grow vines.” possibly so, but so far these vines in many places... are drying out. And why grow vines has a plan that is placed in 1 place above the planted green? Do you want to plant shrubs before the rain?! What is the point of pouring tons of concrete under the foundations of these structures, and what effect will this have on the greens planted around?
So many questions, so fewer answers. In particular, if at the same time for years it has not been possible to fight e.g. the most average benches or toilets at playgrounds in the wellness Park, or to fix a tragic sidewalk on the remainder of North Street. due to the fact that the city can't stand due to the fact that the conservator of monuments, due to the fact that the Citizen's Budget... the reason will always be there.
One thing is absolutely certain: the boaters paid for it. But wasn't priorities mistaken?
