The president was selected (the mode was done!!!), which was confirmed by the announcement of PKW dz. dated 2.06.2025 item 714. Mr Nawrocki received a certificate of election as president of the Republic of Poland and will presume the office of 6.08 independently of the phobia of Mr Giertych or Mr Tusk and his further acolytes. The ultimate Court (Chamber of Extraordinary Control) received 50+000 electoral protests and should consider these protests and issue a decision on the validity or nullity of the elections. The court has no legal power to issue a recalculation order for all votes. The court (Chamber of Extraordinary Control !!! ) has 3 options:
1. leave the case unexamined (e.g. IKN judges are excluded and another chambers have no statutory authority and no 1 to rule), which means by definition the validity of the President's election,
2. confirm the validity of the election and if this judgement is not recognised by Bodnar and Tusk then we return to point 1 which means there is no judgment, or elections are valid,
3. Cancel the elections and if this judgement is not recognised by Bodnar and Tusk, we return to point 1 again, which means there is no verdict, or elections are important. And if the ruling nullifying the election is recognized by Bodnar and Tusk, then the marshal announces the next election date and the procedure begins from the beginning. In this case, the government must recognise the existence of the Extraordinary Control Chamber and execute all the sentences of this Chamber on the occasion and, for example, pay out the outstanding subsidies, and Bodnar and Tusk eat their own tails. The president, until the fresh election, remains, according to the Constitution, A. Duda.
And 1 more thing. The ultimate Court has no mandatory time limit for a ruling. For example, he can do so in 2 years and until then, the election of Mr Nawrocki as president of the Republic of Poland remains in force.
Conclusions -
The 1st boys went to so much problem that they started hitting their own goal. The arrogant failure to admit SN has, as you can see, consequences that they did not foresee.
2. If it comes to re-elections, Nawrocki wins I tour, and mainly thanks to Tusk and his subordinates, who are now making Nawrock's best publicity in the planet and it's free.
3. Trolling will not help, the judicial procedure has begun and is moving in its mode regardless of the venom and the amount of slop that is poured out this time on the court, and this already results in punishing delinquents with advanced fines.
4. My sleepy advice to Mrs. Manowska and the full SN is that all complaint should be thoroughly dealt with and if Mr. G.'s individual data complaints are 25 thousand, then he should receive 25,000 verdicts with justification. And may the home of Extraordinary Control take its time with the rulings, after all the proceedings require peculiar care...

We're 21. We can number chickens about art, cows about art, we make payments with a telephone or a watch, and we can't number votes. Why not usage IT tools to calculate why registration of ballot cards is not utilized by barcode or qr-code before issuing the voter. That's no way to put cards in an urn. Why complex voices do not number for scanning and reading block writing (technology utilized in Poland for more than 30 years). Why there's no surveillance in the premises. You think specified ideas that improve transparency and force the integrity of the Election Commission were not? - were they? Only strangely, Members of all options (sic !!!) were not curious in introducing them. due to the fact that then, how to question the vote number and the election result. It's always possible to make political smoke and con. On any scale (video self-government elections, where more than 20% of the votes were invalid). And that's the case from the beginning of the PRL.
