President of Poznań Jacek Jaskowiak of the Platform wants to prevent my rally in Poznań!
We wanted to meet the residents of Poznań in the marketplace Square, as in the Europarliamentary run last year. All the formalities were average until yesterday, erstwhile we found out we didn't have approval to meet at the marketplace Square. Then we've requested a change of location to Liberty Square. Which we besides didn't get approval to do due to information besides late. The deadline was Sunday. But the fact that the city doesn't agree with the Market, we found out on Monday, 2 days before the meeting!
We sent a study to the city on 12 March. They had plenty of time to let us know that they didn't agree to organize a gathering at the marketplace Square, but they did so only erstwhile it was time to study a gathering at Liberty Square!
We have over 200 meetings across Poland, most on the city markets. And it was only in the Poznań government of Jaskowiak that specified a problem arose. Besides, it's not the first time. The parliamentary run was similar. This is, of course, another component of the war that Mr Tuska has set us up. PO, Left, Hołownia, media are fighting us, now local governments are fighting us. Rainbow Jaskowiak decided to aid his colleague Trzaskowski and made it hard for us to organize a rally. The fight against freedom of speech and the love of censorship are becoming increasingly common on the Platform, which has yet to be proudly shouted for democracy, the regulation of law and the Constitution.
The gathering will, of course, take place anyway. No rainbow Platformers, no leftist activist, even if he is the president of the city, will tell me if I can meet with voters or not. Blocking the opposition, you could have been a commune. I don't think you're gonna send a ZOMO on me.
I'll see you next day at 19.00 at the Freedom Square in Poznań! Down with censorship, off with commune, off with Platform!
