If I realize correctly, present the judges of the Chamber of Labour of the ultimate Court — who, contrary to the content of the appeal of the Members and contrary to the decision of the First president of the ultimate Court and contrary to the regulation that they do not think twice of the same thing — believe that erstwhile considering the negative appeals of the Members (who did not bring their appeals to their Chambers, but to the Court of First Instance) they can, on the occasion, regulation that another Chamber of the ultimate Court has the incorrect position (there is no "status" in the Polish legal system), and that Members do not, in their view, have the right to be pardoned by the president because, contrary to the judgments of the Constitutional Court, they find that the President's prerogative is not "personal" (another notion not present in this context in the Constitution and in the laws).

It all looks like a weak cabaret.

The ultimate Court was appointed to guarantee the consistency of the case law and thereby strengthen the regulation of law. In the meantime, we have 2 pairs of mutually contradictory decisions given by conflicting ultimate Court judges.

Looking from the point of view of the ultimate Court Act and from the point of view of the hierarchy and interior rules of the regulation of law in this institution, the “old” judges who present regulation as the second justice on the same substance trampled on the regulation of law. No rhetorical equivalent will cover this, due to the fact that the texts of laws, decisions and presidents, judgments of the Constitutional Court and interior regulations cannot be falsified. You can just ignore them. And this is just lawlessness and anarchy. It's unfortunately funded by a taxpayer.

If we had a disciplinary judiciary — whose mistakes made by the Law and Justices, the opposition of the old judicial elite and the EU's interference, unfortunately, we do not have — the perpetrators of specified acts should endure severe consequences.

If I realize correctly, present the judges of the Chamber of Labour — usurping themselves against the SN Act, contrary to the content of the appeal of Members and contrary to the decision of the I president of the SN and contrary to the regulation that they do not justice twice the same thing — these judges believe that erstwhile considering negative appeals...
