Marian Banasia's career is simply a lens showing a full array of pathologies present in the planet of politics that decision to state administration. The scale of this phenomenon is not only immense but besides frightening, but the worst is that it takes place in key institutions for the functioning of the state. The average interest in politics of Poles knows very well that judges form the “highest caste” favoring the erstwhile opposition and the present power. The same holds actual for “written” Constitutional Court and all taken together involves political filling of posts.
For any time it was possible in Poland, at least to a minimum, to hold the independency of the ultimate Chamber of Control, which was interesting for the best riveting among the presidents, including president Lech Kaczyński and Janusz Wojciechowski. But that's the past, due to the fact that NIK has not been associated with independency for a long time, and worse, the last 2 presidents and at the same time were ministers: Krzysztof Kwiatkowski and Marian Banaś, heard prosecutorial charges. In particular, Kwiatkowski heard the charges, while in the cases of Marian Banasia there is simply a push in the divided prosecutor's office and the motion to waive the immunity was stuck in procedural crows. But the boy of Marian Banasia, from whom the serious problems of the NIK chief began, is simply a suspect.
After the confusion with renting out unusual businessmen, for even more unusual purposes, properties belonging to the Banasi clan, Marian Banas became the subject of TVN24 attacks. organization members of the PiS initially defended him, but later Jarosław Kaczyński decided to force the recently appointed president of the NIK to resign. From that point on, the Iron Marian began a vendettawhich continues to this day. In order to realize how harmful this is to the functioning of the state, it is adequate to realise that the loudest cases conducted by the NIK either would never have been initiated or the results of the audit would have been completely different if president Marian Banas had not changed the political option. This list would surely not include: Orlen, "visa scandal", TVP and many, many another checks.
Marian Banas not only changed the political option, but in backroom talks with Mark Chmaj stated that he would prepare the cost of gifts for Donald Tusk and would do anything to guarantee that the Law and Justice didn't regulation with the Confederate. All these declarations fell in the final of the parliamentary run in 2023 and now past repeats itself. In fresh media interviews, Marian Banaś confirmed that an NIK study on the spending of the IPN will be released soon, while the NIK president assures that this has nothing to do with the presidential campaign. Only foreigners who have no thought what is happening in Poland or Poles consciously cutting themselves off from the planet of media and politics can believe this legend. All others know that the action of the IPN is aimed at Karol Nawrocki, the head of the IPN and the main rival of Rafał Trzaskowski.
Will this gift basket, this time donated to Rafał Trzaskowski, influence the electoral run and yet translate into election results? Despite the efforts of Marian Banasia, who will surely be supported by the media, such clear treatments have long utilized up and no longer have any significant. Furthermore, Poles do not like the usage of their tool for dirty political campaigns and paid all political options for specified actions. The NIK study will not have the slightest impact on the presidential election, and it is this more favourable version of events for Marian Banasian and Rafał Trzaskowski, due to the fact that the worse version can strengthen Karol Nawrocki.
