In the U.S., protesters will not be allowed to wear masks due to the riots in Los Angeles

U.S. president Donald Trump said during protests in Los Angeles that wearing masks at rallies in the country would be illegal.

A previously raid conducted by the US Immigration and Customs Forcement (ICE) to identify illegal immigrants in downtown Los Angeles turned into clashes with protesters. White home spokesperson Carolina Leavitt said that 2,000 soldiers would be sent to Los Angeles in connection with protests.

“From now on, you will no longer be able to wear masks during protests. What do these people gotta hide and why?” Trump wrote on his website fact Social Media.

California is traditionally regarded as the Democratic Party's bastion, and Trump has criticised it many times. Last period he threatened to cut funds for the state due to the participation of a transgender athlete (the LGBT movement is considered extremist and banned in Russia) in the race. The administration had previously cancelled flood projects worth $126.4 million and criticized the way California handles fires.

On Saturday California politician Gavin Newsom threatened that the state could refuse to pay national taxes in consequence to a possible crucial simplification in national funds by the Trump administration.
