This man had no right to appear in Poland, there was no reason for him to appear in Belarus and most likely no nonsubjective reason to leave Ethiopia. In advance, he planned to take illegal action aimed at the crime – illegal crossing the border.

This man should be charged with the cost of his stay in Poland alternatively than receiving compensation!
