Michael Waver: The Minister of Justice, Adam Bodnar, decided to join Poland in the strategy of the European Public Prosecutor's Office. This is an illegal decision! According to the Polish Constitution, the transfer of competences of the Polish State to global organisations requires ratification by the Sejm by a majority of two-thirds of the vote and then ratification by the Senate. This procedure has not been followed. Moreover, this decision was not ratified at all in the Polish Sejm even by an ineligible majority. It was made as an own decision of the Minister of Justice or the government of Donald Tusk with the violation of the Polish Constitution in the same way as the government of Prime Minister Morawiecki only a fewer months ago. ...
This consent to transfer competences belonging to the Polish prosecution to the level of the European Public Prosecutor's Office is decently the consent of the blank which will let the European Union to scope for further competences without asking the Polish State for permission. due to the fact that the list of offences which the European Public Prosecutor's Office may deal with may already become a majority method, even with Poland's opposition, may be extended by the European Union to include more crimes. And then the European Public Prosecutor's Office will deal with them automatically, and the powers of the Polish judiciary, Polish prosecutors will be little and less. ...
