On 1 March, on the National Day of Memory of the Cursed Soldiers, the 2nd March of the Cursed Soldiers was held in Sucha Beskidzka, Jan Salapatek, ps. “Orzeł”, organized by the Polish Youth of All Poland.
At 3:30 p.m., March left under an eagle. Local All-Polacy, along with members of the National Movement and residents who joined the initiative, marched through the city towards the Castle Park.
Scanning slogans specified as “God, Honor and Homeland”, “Hanba to the murderers of Polish heroes”, or “With your spirit the streets of Sucha” attracted attention of passers-bys who were curious in observing March.
After reaching Castle Square, speeches of local national activists were given, reading of patriotic poems and the Appeal of the Deceased. At the end, the national anthem was sung and the participants of the march invited everyone to act together for the Homeland.
