If you can take over TVP by resolution of the Sejm, you can besides reject the Migration Pact

– Donald Tusk announced that Poland would not comply with the Migration Pact. Of course, that would be very good news, but unfortunately, Donald Tusk is not celebrated for his truthfulness.

This is the man who swore to all of us that he would throw out any minister who offered to rise taxes, and then raised 21 taxes.
This is the man who said that he was not going to Brussels, and then went to Brussels to be head of the European Council.
This is the man who promised 100 specifics in 100 days, and evidently he didn't. We have no higher tax-free amount, no petrol for PLN 5.19.

So Tusk says quite a few things. What does he do? 49 centres of integration of foreigners for half a billion PLN and consent to the implementation of the Migration Pact of 11 December.

So let's decision from words to deeds.

I request a break, so that the Presidium of the Sejm prepares a resolution saying that Poland will not apply to the Migration Pact, due to the fact that we have accepted quite a few refugees and we will not accept anyone else.

If it is possible to take over TVP by means of a resolution of the Sejm and destruct the Constitutional Court, then it is possible to reject the Migration Pact.
