Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek addressed the EP chief Roberta Metsola with a 5th motion to waive immunity to Grzegorz Braun in connection with his statements, which was to deny the crimes of genocide and killing people in gas chambers in the German Nazi concentration and extermination camp Auschwitz-Birkenau.
