Unfortunately, I do not mean that she left the remainder positively – advanced artistic or executive level. What is this, no! She just wasn't adequate evil! She did her best due to the fact that she looked truly nasty. Now I'm going to be very delicate due to the fact that naturally I respect a female and I'm not going to comment on her first beauty here. individual will like it, individual else won't, and I absolutely don't choice on the artist's physicality. I mean, her makeup, her choreography, her behavior. She did what she could and tried to be very shocking – she even waved the LGBTQXYZ+ flag next to the national one, and inactive no 1 believed that she was a peasant or any "sex-liquid" freak...
Besides, what shock is the rainbow flag against those excesses that were making there? Let's make a deal, Luna was definitely besides CONSERVATIVE! Take Bambi from Ireland. Unfortunately, there are stairs in live performances, due to the fact that solutions (except playback) have not yet been invented, which would cover the shortcomings in real time, and here is something to cover up. Mrs Luna has not only breathing and dictional problems, but besides gross problems with intonation, keeping the sound and rhythmics, so it is impossible to explain this "a short-term indisposition due to throat infection", as was done after her performance at the eliminations and the semi-finals.
For the record, this is not just my opinion.. It was devastating to hear about the live performance of our representative. Elżbieta ZapendowskaAnd she won't be denied grounds for criticism. Luna’s performances at concerts in terms of executives are simply tragic! I happen to be a justice in song competitions for children and youth, where the level is very high. Each of the winners sings better than Luna, and we compare children from local events with the Polish typical on Eurovision... Something's incorrect here!
Luna's performance at this event besides could not win due to the fact that Eurovision had long since ceased to be a competition for the song, and became (beyond the bloom of various pathologies) an average plebiscite of the popularity of states. The very expression of voting by texting viewers from given countries to representatives of others forces this convention. Poland has been receiving very low notes for years! Conclusion? Nobody likes us!
Knowing this, people from Polish elimination should choose candidates specified as 2 years ago. Krystian Ochman He besides had no chance to win, but at least he revealed himself to a wide audience as a remarkable talent and a wonderful singer. Against the background of this full bar and ubiquitous mediocrity he appeared as a prominent performer and left a strong impression! I thought naively that possibly the TVP’s “talent-maker” would want to repeat this selection in the following years. That would make our participation in this banga make more sense, but no... They decided to go with the key “the worse, the better.”
Let us look at the 2 most fresh editions. Last year the Polish squad sent Blanka with the song “Solo”. Complete talentless, embarrassing track, which was nothing but "English-polo" or disco-polo in English (although it was hard to decipher this gibberish at times). Blanka can't sing, but she has a rich father and she was happy to execute with the Polish flag.
This year Luna was sent with the song "Tower". Complete deficiency of talent, a simple track struggling to “alternative pop” with English text. Luna can't sing, but she has a rich father and has performed waving the LGBTQXYZ+ flag alongside the Polish flag. The same consequence — a full disaster in all respect! In addition, there is simply a suspicion that both “young artists” of representing Poland on Eurovision were bought by dads, for example, through voluntary donations to the election run of the ruling camps – the current and erstwhile ones. Here I come to the political analogy which my artistic imagination has given me.
These 2 performances and the full Eurovision are vividly associated with the current political situation. Eurovision is simply a small European Parliament. Our 2 representatives present the condition of the political class, the emanation of which are candidates for the EP. Blanka with her simple track hitting the lowest tastes is the full United Right in a pill – Anglo-Polo and specified a message for a “simple man”. Luna is the equivalent of the Civic Coalition – she was created under those who like to cheat, that it is any kind of art, but truly is the same bayonet, only with another flag.
The worst part is that we have no influence on the selection of our representatives to the EP. Those we already choose are selected from a closed, concrete strategy – the largest seismic parties, or through dirty cooptation – all the remainder of the costumers, including those dressed in even the most patriotic fads. The only thing we can do to participate in this popular plebiscite is to find good people who won't get in, or if they get in, they won't change anything, but at least they won't embarrass and leave a good impression. However, the proposal is inactive the same as for Eurovision – this cannot work!
Therefore, dear Poles – Nothing happened due to our defeat on Eurovision. Nothing will happen in connection with the upcoming elections to the European Parliament, which is nothing but the political equivalent of this "song competition". For now, we gotta observe it, draw conclusions and set ourselves on a long march to get better.
