Court processes that have political colour always end in social lynchingI don't care what conviction comes. This is clearly seen after 2 loud sentences, in a case called "Margot", which with another "defensors" of number rights attacked members of the Pro-Life Foundation and destroyed the car. Recently, the scandal broke out, due to the conviction that took place 2 years ago, this time, for a variety of attacks on LGBT members, utmost right-wing activists of the “National Purge Front”, a faction operating within the framework of the All-Polish Youth.
If 1 is guided by political and ideological sympathies, 1 will not care about the law, the fact that he is in a state of fact and the justification of the sentence, but who would like to know the dry facts of manipulation, then the appearance is like this.
- In the case of Marika Matusak, the prosecutor under Zbigniew Ziobro brought an act of his own motion, and he qualified the act as a robbery, a crime under Art. 280 k.k., which is punishable by imprisonment of 2 to 12 years. Since the act was further classified as hooligan, the minimum punishment is 3 years.
- The court issued the lowest possible sentence, 3 years imprisonment, and in specified a judgement it is not possible to apply conditional suspension of the punishment (hinges) due to the fact that the punishment exceeds 1 year (Article 69 k.k.)
- Ordo Iuris lied that the aggravating condition was belonging to the All-Polish Youth, the aggravating condition was belonging to the “National Purge Front” and empathizing with the symbolism of Nazi Germany.
- The perpetrators were four, and they assaulted 1 girl who suffered injuries, 2 of them were not established today, while Marika Matuszak and Michał Ostrzycki service the prison sentence, but that Matuszak Ziobro suspended the sentence.
