Yesterday, 2 European top-level politicians visited the prosecutor's office and both had to explain their participation in the "Feast of Democracy", that is, in elections. The first is Former Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, accused of ineffective holding elections. The second is Romania's future president Calin Georgescu, who, in turn, is accused of unclear run funding, while the Constitutional Court had previously annulled the first circular of elections due to the fact that Calin Georgescu was promoted on TikToku.
While the case of Mateusz Morawiecki inactive adheres to logic and law, the Romanian precedent should concern all citizens in the world, especially in Poland for respective reasons. The current ruling "coalition on 13 December" has repeatedly broken the basic rules of law and constitutional provisions throughout the year, while repeating all the time that it restores the regulation of law and democratic standards. This is all in favour of the silent consent of the European Union, which is totally different from the associate States governed by right-wing and left-wing politicians. Under specified conditions, the power in Poland may exceed further limits and without much opposition it does so.
In Poland The highest officials challenge the judgments of the Constitutional Court and the ultimate Court, they besides do not recognise the position of judges and the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs, which determines the correctness of the elections. The consequence of all these unlawful actions is building a socio-political atmosphere allowing for possible undermining of the results of the presidential election, in the event of the losing candidate of the largest ruling party. In another words, the ‘coalition of 13 December’ tests the Romanian variant, or actually goes even further due to the fact that it intends not to recognise the judgement of the court confirming the result of the election.
There is besides a tiny problem, and even specified an illegal and anti-democratic operation must be carried out under any pretext. However, the choice of the pretext does not seem to be a large challenge, it is adequate to take advantage of the Romanian experience. Any anonymous entry on TikTok published by the mysterious Vladimir of Moscow may become evidence confirming the influence of abroad forces on the election process in Poland. Even stronger evidence would have been even the shortest comment of the influential "fascist" and "Russian agent", attacking democratically elected Prime Minister Donald Tusk, and this unfortunately appeared.

If individual were to complain that Elon Musk, in principle, only provided a further entry, let specified an ignorant legal individual remember that there is simply a criminal trial in Poland, in which opposition politicians: Beata Mazurek, Tomasz Poręba, Beata Kempa and Patrick Koch was accused of liking the entry on the portal "X".
