Efficient public services are the Left's answer to the needs of Poles and Poles!
As I said at today's gathering in Czestochowa, public services are not to make profit, just to make each and all 1 of us feel safe in the country.
It is not actual that all social problems can be solved by giving people cash. If individual proposes a wellness voucher of PLN 4000 or a lard from a dog to cure a broken hand in a grandmother, I am sorry, but the treatment of a stroke is simply a cost of PLN 9,000! 
The State should besides supply transport from anywhere in the country. There are places completely excluded by transport, where people can't aid free highways – these people request a bus to get them to work in the morning, and in the afternoon they will bring them back home and inactive on the way will let to arrange errands and choice up the children from school. 
Our next goal is 7.2% of GDP for wellness – without expanding funding, the quality of wellness services will not improve. Oncology or kid psychiatry can't wait! 
Taxes are needed to meet these promises – they supply financial resources for the functioning of the state and the fulfilment of various social needs. However, appropriate management of these measures is crucial. That's what the Left will provide.
