Today, about why Poland under Tusk's regulation is changing to Bantustan, a oppressive, untrustworthy state, ruled by the lying and manic plundering of someone's property of jealous small people about the purely Bolshevik mentality.
It's hard to believe, but it seems that even in taxation terms, the current government is worse than the erstwhile one. I have repeatedly said not to catch the run lies of PO politicians that they would simplify taxes. The Minister of Finance, as usual, became a man with no political standing, no force to beat and no cognition of taxes. I was hoping that even though it wouldn't hurt, possibly it won't make any difference, but it won't. Unfortunately, the announced changes will be harmful to Polish entrepreneurs. Moreover, they are to spoil these fewer good solutions introduced by PiS.
We do not have draft laws yet (and it is the end of August, and changes are due to enter from January!), but the announcement shows that programmers on IP BOX, limited companies and household foundations are to be given in their pockets. And today, I will focus on the latter.
Family foundations have been open since last summer. They are for generations and be in many European countries. So far, wealthy Poles have founded specified foundations in Austria, Luxembourg, Andorra and another countries. Capital, and frequently the entrepreneur and his taxation residence fled to the West. After years of pressure, we managed to convince the Law and Justice Government that if specified solutions be anyway, then possibly we should introduce them to our law, so that money and entrepreneurs will stay in Poland.
It worked last year and since then Poles have founded more than 1000 household foundations. It was 1 of the best PiS moves. The foundation of the household Foundation, however, required simple trust in the state. At the time erstwhile the funder brought the property to the foundation, he could no longer remove it without advanced taxes. 1 could be afraid, and many feared that there would be contributions to the foundation in businesses worth tens, if not hundreds of millions of zlotys, and then the state would lay hands on it, for example by changing the taxation of household foundations.
It didn't seem possible. Any negative change in the taxation of the FR would have affected the trust of the state and its institutions, and Polish entrepreneurs would have returned to transferring assets to countries whose precedence is not to plunder the wealth of people who are developing their economy. And there's a evidence in the coalition agreement that governs us:
“The coalition intends to reconstruct predictability in the taxation strategy as shortly as possible, by stabilising the law and restoring dialog with organisations representing employers and trade unions. The Coalition Parties agree that a stable, friendly and fair taxation strategy is simply a prerequisite for expanding the rate of investment in the economy."

And what does that deal look like in practice? Without any dialog with business organisations, the government wants to further taxation household foundations in a way that virtually eliminates the benefits of bringing property there. If it looked like that a year ago, almost no 1 would have worn it. Moreover, without paying 19% of the tax, this property from the foundation cannot be removed! Moreover, changes are due to enter from January. How does this relate to the six-month vacatio legis promised in this agreement in taxation matters?!
The only negative change that should cover household foundations is the work of those making property statements to disclose the assets accumulated in the foundation. There is indeed a loophole here that allows politicians to hide their assets. I myself have the household Foundation, and I intend in my next message to disclose entirely voluntarily besides the assets contributed to my household foundation. Unfortunately, the Ministry of Finance does not want to fix this gap, it wants to impose on foundations a taxation which deprives them of the right of being!
What the Ministry of Finance plans to do with household foundations, it seems to be fraud, to lead to adverse disposal of its own assets. This is not even the Belarusian standard, this is the standard of chaotic African countries. Entrepreneurs were glad that Poland yet had legal solutions that they had previously sought in the west, which facilitate the accumulation and maintenance of assets in the family, and after a year they learned that they were trapped. And by his own country. How is it to announce that the taxation strategy is to be stable, friendly and fair? Even if this bandit thought could be blocked in the Sejm or through veto, the same announcement hit trust in the state and household foundations.
It is through specified activities that the level of private investment in Poland scrubs years after the bottom. It is impossible to invest in a country that an investor (in full it is only 1 from Poland, those foreigners get quite a few layoffs, subsidies and gifts) treats as an enemy that needs to be stripped, cheated and disposed of as shortly as possible.
Many representatives of Polish business hoped that the fresh government would treat us better than the erstwhile one. Many supported Tusk in the election campaign. It is Tusk who now shows them with 1 hand the mediate finger, and the another reaches into their pockets. I just hope that, although any entrepreneurs will realize this message and halt supporting this criminal government.
