Rafał Woś besides pointed to areas where strategical reasoning is very important. This is simply a substance of key state-owned enterprises and their extinction, specified as PKP Cargo. – In front of our eyes, the PKP Cargo company is being extinguished. There is no strategical reasoning on this crucial issue of rail, freight. Or Poczta Polska, besides presently extinguished, besides a key company whose fresh power acts as if it wanted to put it out. So, this enumeration, which Luke Warzech said, can, of course, be continued (...) Turning to the issue of floods, I did not anticipate it to change the political situation in Poland. This is because, in general, politics in media democracy takes place in the virtual sphere, in the media. It is the media, through their message, that determines how people think, and depending on who is connected to what "sect" they will draw specified conclusions. This is the situation we have today, and now the rulers know it very well – he said.

As Rafał Woś emphasized, Prime Minister Tusk is simply a politician who "feels like a fish in the water in media democracy". – It is not by chance that the first decision of this government was to take over public television, not any another action in a hard economy, but the acquisition of public media, which Donald Tusk intended to oil himself with the device of "tusk security", the device of communicative safety that the current government is doing – he added.
In his opinion, specified tragic events as floods do not have much possible to make a social change, due to the fact that although they are tragic events, they naturally affect a comparatively tiny section of Polish citizens. – The destiny of the flood is not the destiny of the inhabitants of the Mazowieckie, Pomeranian, Wielkopolska, Warmian-Masurian voivodship... And yet even in the further parts of the flood-stricken regions, where large water has not spilled, the situation is completely different. So there are not many direct connections to this tragedy, so where people get information, that's the media. – he said.
In the issue of floods, he besides wonders what mechanisms have worked that the government has anointed the foundation of Jerzy Owsiak, as an institution capable of directing aid for floods. – Jerzy Owsiak has always been a politician in fact, and I have explained it many times and stressed that he was specified a politician who was in the retreat for a rainy hr and that is precisely the time... I am just waiting for the minute erstwhile Mr Jerzy Owsiak yet stops pretending to be a charity man and will simply run for Parliament from the list of Citizens' Coalition, or the European Parliament, following possibly Mrs Janina Ochojska.
