In Polish politics, it is almost non-existent, but it has happened! Donald Tusk reached for solutions proposed and voted by the government of Mateusz Morawiecki and Jarosław Kaczyński, due to the fact that at that time the president of the Law and Justice Office was Deputy Prime Minister for safety Affairs. The Home defence Act, dated 11 March 2022, became the legal basis for a regulation in which Donald Tusk's government considers all borders with Germany to be critical infrastructure. From this solution The opposition is definitely not satisfiedAlthough it was the opposition that demanded sharp action from the Prime Minister.
So what's the catch? In a circumstantial provision of the Act, namely Article 616a, where we read, inter alia, that:
it shall be prohibited, without authorisation, to photograph, movie or otherwise capture the image or image (...) of critical infrastructure objects if they have been marked with a graphic sign expressing that prohibition.
The recipe seems completely rerealized, in the Google Maps era and universal net access, and thus virtually all photographs and recordings of any object. However, the bill had its past and circumstantial causes, the aim was to put an end to the presence of all types of activists and media on the border with Belarus, as reporters and activists simply worked with the Lukashenko government for a long time. While the erstwhile authorities made sense and protected Polish borders against hybrid attacks by Russia and Belarus, Donald Tusk's decision sparked immense controversy and sparked a wave of criticism. Tusk, exceptionally, did not study his actions on the X portal, but at a press conference, he immediately received a repost:

Now the point is to prevent social movements defending borders from documenting what is happening there. The presence of citizens active in border control is unbearable for Donald Tusk, for the simple reason that they are mainly organizations and movements related to hostile parties: the Law and the Confederation, and that is the full secret related to this decision.
Implementation of the Regulation is simply a trivial act, but in this case, as in many others, Donald Tusk goes against the tide of social sentiments again. Given that the “coalition of 13 December” is in a deep crisis and that the Prime Minister himself collects harsh criticism almost everywhere, specified a decision will surely not bring him popularity.
