Less than 48 hours before the vote, however, it turned out that the Romanian ultimate Court had annulled the results of the first round. Why? due to the fact that it turns out the polls indicate a advanced probability of Georgesc's victory. Romania is – individual can say – an isolated case. A country of all means unique, in which even the alleged transformation took place in a much more brutal and bloody way than in another countries of the region. The cornerstone of the modern political strategy of this country was the judicial execution committed on Nicolae Ceaucescu and his wife, Elena. After years, the country's entry into the European Union and its membership in NATO, many, however, rejected that dark times had passed erstwhile and for all. In fact, Romania is no different from another countries of the region that have passed a akin path. And that is the scariest, due to the fact that it means that the pattern of negation of the results of democratic elections can happen anywhere. And since everywhere, it is besides in Poland.

In Romania, things were different. The court received reports from peculiar services, which stated that the activity of 1 of the candidates (of course, this "politically incorrect" from the point of view of the system) in social media was highly intense, so it had to be the consequence of generous financing of his run from outside and working professional trolls and thousands of bots. The services did not supply any evidence to support this. They issued messages edited with a fresh full wording about external interference, information war and another gibberish terms. What are peculiar services? In all country, they are an armed arm of executive authorities. It was they, therefore, and not any judicial authority that decided to cancel the election results. Ergo – the decision was taken by the current power, part of the political class that held it. She came to the right conclusion from her own (and her external powers) that erstwhile the position gained there is no point in giving up the elections. On the basis of this proposal, it has taken concrete action, although it has nothing to do with the law and the rules of democratic play, but it is most effective.
The political class thus declared a systemic contract which it concluded with society in the form of a Constitution. She did it unilaterally. In the game between her and this society, she made it clear: from this minute on we will not apply to you any rules previously guaranteed to you and declared on paper. The time for playing by the clear and pre-arranged rules is over. The political class (Romanian and co-ordinating global action) expressed the application of the rules for playing democracy unilaterally and immediately, without transitional or formal prejudice.
Contractual knowing of the rules of political play has so far been mostly respected, although the social side inactive lost this game with political class. However, she inactive participated in the games. The brutal, ignoring even minimal attention to the appearance of denunciation of the already-established unequal and unpartnerly arrangement crossed everything off. As a result, the another side, or society, can do the same at any point. Abandon the current rules of the game and go to completely different methods.
