It's been a while since you guys I wrote. I have noticed that I am writing to you mainly about your judicial reforms, due to the fact that courts are our common problem.
Even if individual survives his full life without contact with criminal law (which I want you and myself), then the civil, family, economical law, etc. remains. All these mortgages, inheritances, bills, work courts, notaries and bailiffs.
It's not working well. The paper I work in had quite a few texts criticizing, for example, slow procedures or voluntary bailiffs.
When we look for the last things that unite us, as Poles – voters of the Law and Justice and anti-PiS – 1 of them is the fear, that if we go to court, we will be stuck there for many years, even if the substance is obvious.
At the beginning of your reforms, I warned you that nothing indicated that Ziobro, Jaka and Piotrowicz would improve something in this matter. I utilized metaphors that Polish judiciary is like a messy car.
PiS alternatively of fixing, it changes the driver. This corduroy won't go much faster than that.
It's been 2 and a half years. Is something better? Do you know anyone who worships Minister Ziobra that thanks to his excellent reforms everything works faster now?

Look at this from the point of view of your "get up off your knees." By 2018, Polish courts in the European Union were equal to German or French. As of yesterday, they've been officially declared courts of a worse sort.
It won't be limited to extradition of criminals. This will besides affect another courts – civil, family, economic.
Imagine the conflict between the Polish entrepreneur and his German competitor. Or the divorce of a Pole with a German female and the custody case and the division of assets. Or a trial of a Polish worker with a German employer.
Instead of “German” I could insert “Czech” or “French”, but you have a peculiar fixation on Germany. In Germany, our judgments will now be challenged, as in the Czech Republic or France.
It's so comic that you had fantasies about punishing foreigners for saying "Polish extermination camps". It has always been stupid, but since from yesterday Polish sentences will not be respected on the another side of the Oder, then this stupidity should be apparent even to you.
I don't talk to you in a way that's especially nice, due to the fact that I don't like you or want you to like me. But this problem with the courts is both yours and ours. Now that it's bad, you could at least not make it worse.
Ziobro, Jaka and Piotrowicz have already promised respective times that they will settle everything erstwhile or twice, only 1 has to rush through any legislation. And it was just worse all time. Don't even you believe that this time they yet made it?
Minister Rafalska besides had to overcome many obstacles to introduce 500+. But she did, alternatively of giving another excuse. I respect her for that.
Minister Grabarczyk had to change many legal acts so that the construction of highways would yet begin. But he did. And she's gone. I respect him for that.
There are politicians who solve problems. And there are politicians who make excuses.
Your court squad belongs to the 3rd category, problem amplifiers. They found justice in bad shape, they managed to make it worse. Their only success so far is pushing friends on various high-paid jobs.
You should do something about them. And that's your problem for a change.
