Extreme left-wing activist, founder and long-term president of the Racist and Xenophobic Behaviour Monitoring Centre (OMZRIK) Rafał Gaweł, who, before being sentenced to 2 years imprisonment for fraud, took refuge in Norway, continues to be an authority for the main sewer media. The hidden criminal is inactive an authority for Polish-speaking media. Rafal Gawl's problems began in 2014, erstwhile criminal proceedings against him were launched for many financial frauds. Among the victims of this disgusting manipulator were bank, 3 foundations, offices, as well as respective entrepreneurs. In January 2019 he heard a final conviction of 2 years of ruthless imprisonment for fraud and extortion. At the same time, he filed an appeal with the ultimate Court while fleeing abroad with his wife and daughter.

All this is not actual – the investigation started in the time of the PO, and the victims were not ‘founded’ by anyone. Moreover, Gavell is not a sodomite erstwhile he has a wife. A country known for its persecution of families and for taking their children under any pretext, which has frequently caused global scandals, has thus proved to be a state of protection for actual criminals who have been prosecuted. The plural is justified in this case, as it turns out, not 1 but 2 BOLOs were issued behind Rafal Gawl.
The first, previously known to the public, is to service the prison conviction he escaped from. The second is tied with the falsification proceedings (Article 310(1) kk). Unfortunately, although the investigation has already begun in 2016, the prosecution in Białystok has kept it permanently suspended since 2019, citing... the inability to question Gawl. A storyteller who appears in a number of reports and trials as a witness or victim and then has no opposition to testify.
When Rafał Gaweł was convicted of fraud in 2019, the court stressed that “The creator of socially crucial initiatives has made borrowing and subsidies a way to make life comfortable”. Further revelations on Rafał Gawł came from the late revealed content of psychiatric opinions which were issued on the occasion of criminal cases against him. It follows that he is simply a disturbed drug addict who eats drugs and boosters as a consequence of which he “hears voices”, experiences drug “visions” and has been in weeks of psychosis. These are the “experts” who follow “Polish fascism, Razism and xenophobia”.
Interestingly, the current president of OMZRiK, Rafał Gawł's associate Konrad Dulkowski, is besides a fishy in the case of Białystok. The escape of Gawł is so an perfect screen behind which Dulkowski can walk on freedom, avoiding any criminal responsibility.
Both gentlemen, as well as the OMZRIK itself, have been presented for years as recognised authorities and experts by left-wing liberal media, as evidenced by many interviews he gives to media specified as “Gazeta Wyborcza” or late “Fact”. It is considered an expert in criminal law and prosecution of alleged criminals, of course only those who are associated with conservatism, patriotism and right-wing political parties.
Just look at the OMZRiK profiles for the last 3 months. They make it clear that we are dealing with an highly politicized female, active in the election run of Rafał Trzaskowski, a rude version of the compromised "Never More". Almost all day there are entries attacking candidates PiS and Confederacy.
Is this what an organization should do to combat racism and xenophobia? We don't think so.
