On any issues politicians and voters can talk with 1 voice, although they are not necessarily reasoning about the same thing. The love of Poland and the merger of Poles is mentioned by all those who are sincere Polish despise and at least half of Poles hate. There has besides been a common consensus on hungry children for 35 years, but first this banal problem has not been solved and then the problem has been reheated. Politicians supported by ideologists have been struggling with “a speech of hatred” for a short time, if the criterion of time is to accept long-term disputes, even for abortion, but the subject has divided Poles from the beginning and will be divided to the end.

What is it about this “talk of hate”? As with most far-left ideas for building a "new man", it is about relativising and even reversing concepts. In short, “hate speech” is part of a larger task called “political correctness”. So many theories, due to the fact that much worse is the practice, especially the process, but besides the media-political one. The courts mostly consider these expressions and behaviours which are aimed at sexual, national and elected religions as “a hatred speech”. On the another hand, aggression expressed towards the majority of national and spiritual people usually does not violate individual property or fulfil the conditions of insult and defamation, at least in the opinion of the Polish courts.

There is no punishment, for this you can get a prize or even a large distinction, specified as “Warsaw’s Girl of the Year”. This title was given to a “grandmother of Kasi” by the president of Warsaw Rafał Trzaskowski himself, and did not bother him at all, that he was a prominently vulgar and aggressive individual who, with his criminal behavior, even forced the courts to issue sentences to his own disadvantage. That's not what you like. the current "coalition 13 December" and it was decided to change it through criminal law. The amendment of the Criminal Code seems rather innocent at first glance and concerns the extension of the catalogue of protected features by: age, gender, disability and sexual orientation. The earlier evidence afraid national, ethnic, racial, spiritual and non-denominationality.

However, president Andrzej Duda decided that he would look at the proposed changes more times and that the consequence of this pattern analysis is to mention the bill to the Constitutional Court. Of course, the president and all the another critics of the amendment of the penal code in this respect are not in favour of the persecution of aged and disabled people, nor of any other. The full problem is in 2 categories: sex and sexual orientation. As it is known, utmost left-wing environments, contrary to biology and logic, talk of respective twelve genders and almost all man to identify with any sex and sexual orientation. In addition, they are very delicate to their own identification, and if individual does not agree to talk of Jan Kowalski that it is “it is unbinarly cumulative bisexual”, then specified a hater can sit for up to 5 years.

The President's decision will surely appeal to more than half of Poles, due to the fact that Poles are a very knowing nation, which has been proven many times over the centuries. Simultaneously every Pole and man has his threshold of enduranceAnd to force something that bears all the signs of absurdity is 1 of those thresholds. Polish criminal and civilian law gives full opportunities to defend individual property and good name. erstwhile politicians with ideological radicals are in charge of amending the Code, peculiar caution is always needed. That is what president Andrzej Duda decided to do and sent back the seemingly innocent, and in practice a very dangerous amendment of the bill to the Constitutional Court.
