Conservative-Liberal legislature on 25th anniversary of the Coalition Association

KoLiber Association is simply a nationwide socio-political organization that has been actively promoting the ideas of conservative liberalism in Poland for more than 2 decades. It was formed on January 26, 1999 as the Youth Section of the Capital Branch of the Real Policy Union, and since November 25, 1999 it has functioned as an independent association, registered in court on April 17, 2000. This last date means that it is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the uprising.

The name ‘KoLiber’ is simply a combination of the words ‘conservative’ and ‘liberal’, which reflects the main ideas of organisations: world-view conservatism and economical liberalism.

The mission of the KoLiber Association is to realise the thought of free society, complete submission to the economy to marketplace mechanisms, defence of state sovereignty, creation of a "strong minimum state" based on the regulation of law, improvement of self-government, respect for tradition and history, and designation of the peculiar function of the family. The organization seeks to educate ideological elites about conservative-liberal views, capable of active participation in the political, social and cultural life of the country.

The KoLibra Association conducts advisory and expert activities through the KoLibra Analysis Centre, established in late 2012. The aim of the Centre is to analyse issues of public life and study on crucial socio-political issues. Currently, as of 27 May 2023, Norbert Kustusz has been the president of the General Board of the KoLiber Association. He was previously Vice president of the General Board and president of the Management Board of Kalisz Branch.

The activities of the KoLiber Association are based on pillars specified as: individual freedom, private property, justice, a strong and safe state, respect for tradition and past and care for the family. The organization implements the thought of free society through active participation in the political life of the country, organisation of happenings, conferences and lectures. He conducts publishing, publishing and technological activities. It makes it easier for young people to get the cognition and skills that enable them to execute public functions. It cooperates with the chief and local government authorities and maintains contacts with global institutions and organisations.

The KoLiber Association besides engages in social and educational projects aimed at expanding civic awareness and promoting conservative and liberal values. An example of specified an initiative is the action “Going from the monument of Bolshevik”, which aims to remove communist symbols from the public space. The organization besides conducts scholarship programs for school and academic youth, organizes competitions and educational programs in the field of economics, law and history.

The KoLiber Association promotes the defence of the country, promotes entrepreneurship and protection of the rights of entrepreneurs and consumers, promotes the thought of self-government and global cooperation. It seeks to rebuild the fundamental values of Latin civilization, specified as individual freedom, private property, respect for the law, justice and primacy of ethics.
