As I wrote here respective times (but most likely in comments, not in a note?), I am a powerpointophobe. The years spent in the corp made me emetic erstwhile I saw a "manager who shows slides at a gathering with the band".
Of course, I don't mean dislike of presentation as such. After all, I have been doing this more or little professionally for respective years.
When I tell young people about DNA, I show a image of course, due to the fact that it is easier to double helix with phosphate-sugar skeleton and complementary pairs of nucleotides to show than to describe. But this is an illustration of my words, not a replacement card, from which I can read with my voice my “talk.”
A leader reading slides is simply a leader who doesn't believe what he's talking about. He uses the presentation as a way to avoid discussion, due to the fact that he is most afraid at this point in the planet of the question "but how do you, Mr. Leader, want to accomplish these bright goals?"
This was seen erstwhile Platform leaders presented an thought for a coalition that would bring 276 tickets. Their thought just assumed it would work. But how? We don't know until today.
The same was actual erstwhile Trzaskowski showed slides, as he will presume with Krzywnos "New Solidarity". Why? We don't know that until today.
If anyone has anything circumstantial to say, they're doing a press conference where they're willing to answer questions. erstwhile he does a slide show, he's afraid of questions.
Personally, I am not going to honor Morawiecki's presentation with more attention than the 1 I have awarded “Solidarity 276” by Budka and Trzaskowski. I will take this seriously only if I know the answers to circumstantial questions specified as "how to fight garbage without expanding the competence of labour inspection". So never, due to the fact that if they knew the answer, they wouldn't be hiding behind slides.
Some of the proposals I initially like, like taxation reform. I may be a waste myself, but the current strategy is simply idiotic (please look at this chart).
Part of me is terrified, like "building houses without permission." It's like it's inactive besides good in Poland!
Some are promises we've heard for a long time. Still, individual is making a slide about rebuilding the Saxon Palace or expanding the spending on wellness care. How much can you do?
I most respect politicians who, alternatively of a slide show, work. And I besides respect them in parties I don't vote for.
Elżbieta Rafalska introduced "500+" without showing us the slide she would like to carry out there. Cezary Grabarczyk covered Poland with a network of velocity roads, and his predecessor only kept showing slides with the same map, with the same plans to implement (but after a year we were at the same phase as the year before).
In the government of people who are able to carry out efficient, concrete actions, there is just no longer – and I think even PiS voters see it. Morawiecki and Trzaskowski seem to disagree a lot, but 1 thing unites them – that if Master Wajda had made a movie about them, he would have titled him "The Man from the presentation".
So I personally treat this full "New Deal" as well as this iron which pretended to be a keel during the presentation of a plan to build ferries. Which came out the same as the plan to build a million electrical cars. Or “New Solidarity” by Trzaskowski and Krzywonos. In fact, I compose a note about this just so that the possible discussion will stick to 1 place – let this subject stay in the Central Airport for the Solidarity of the Barans, there for its place.
