Complaint and request for audit and closure of the Delenia Góra Investigation Arrest

in connection with violations of fundamental human rights, the deficiency of a rehabilitation programme, the deprivation of the right of defence in all stages of proceedings, the direct danger of failure of life or severe harm to health, violations of regulations, implementing law and European Union law.

On 21 April 2023, the undersigned Grzegorz Niedźwiecki, boy of Antoni, was illegally detained by police officers and unlawfully imprisoned in the Jelenia Góra Investigation Arrest.
