The European establishment is at the minute triumphing due to the fact that the “threat” of taking over the regulation in Austria has been removed by the winner in the FPO election. Apart from the fact that this bears witness to "European democracy", that through parliamentary machinations it deprives itself of power of the most popular formation, and in Romania it closes the win in the presidential election – this joy will last very briefly.
The coalition is to be formed by Social Democrats, Conservatives and Liberals from NEOS. The second are the only spokespersons for Austria's resignation from neutrality, which, however, is an crucial electoral passion in that country. It is not known for what they have agreed to the common governments, but it can be assumed that it is for the change in abroad policy. NEOS are NATO supporters, but in the current situation they can besides be the reception of macronism to Austrian conditions, or specified "enlightened absolutism".
So the government will rapidly lose support, due to the fact that there's not much it can do that the Austrians would like. Anti-immigration policy will block NEOS and the SPO, so voters of the right wing of OVP will sail off to the FPO, and NEOS and OVP will most likely become the perch against social security, so left electorate can sail off to the border-balanced election threshold of the KPO. The SPOs and OVPs will besides lose both at the departure from the country's neutrality policy.
The only thing this coalition can push through is any resignation from the Green Deal, which is already in the European establishment, so it does not cost besides much politically. Therefore, conservatives did not want to regulation with the Greens anymore. The second eat the inexorable laws of history.
The FPO already in the polls exceeds 35%, which is respective percent points more than it received in the election. I'm assuming it could be up to 40% if it's protected from government attacks, which will surely effort to carry them out. If the communists besides strengthen in the next elections, it may turn out that the FPO will simply regulation itself. And it may happen quickly, due to the fact that a coalition formed only to block the national right hand cannot, in principle, be stable.
