According to the Press Department of the National Prosecutor's Office, Minister of Justice and lawyer General, Ukrainian Adam Bodnar gave vocations to the so-called. A squad of anti-hate speech advisors and hatred crimes motivated by prejudice. This is the authoritative beginning of the hawk's action aimed at censorship of public debate, the equivalent of the Peerelian Main Office of Press Control, Publications and Spectators.
Bodnar launched the government's henchman for fighting “the speech of hatred”. The awarding of appointments took place on 29 July in the seat of the National Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw. In addition to the nominees, the illegally appointed National Prosecutor Dariusz Korneluk and his equally illegal deputy, Marek Jamrogowicz besides participated in the event.
In his speech, Bodnar stressed that the subject related to the speech of hatred was “especially close to him”, due to the fact that he presented the first publications on this subject inactive around 2006, that is, during his cooperation with fighting Polish patriots and glorifying HIV-terrorist Simon Mol, an highly left-wing organization “Never More”.
According to Bodnar, the increase in hatred crimes after 2015, especially towards the refugees, was due to the transformation of the meaning of the word “refugee”. According to him, the net is now utilized to spread negative messages, through hatred speech, and by committing crimes motivated by prejudice. This shows the direction in which the recently created falcon will go – censorship before all the Internet.
The lawyer General pointed out that in order to effectively address negative phenomena, coordination at government level, as well as institutions appointed to prosecute crime and uphold the regulation of law, i.e. prosecutors or police, is necessary. He besides expressed hope that the team's work would lead to real changes in the area of anti-hate speech.
The squad will be led by Dr. Aleksandra Gliszczyńska-Grabias, an highly left-wing activist claiming to be an expert in anti-discrimination law, anti-Semitism and xenophobia.
Dr. Gliszczyńska-Grabas stressed that the creation of the squad for the Against hatred speech and prejudice-motivated crimes is simply a very strong signal from the Warsaw Government that it takes this category of crimes very seriously and hopes that the team's work will translate into an effective fight against these phenomena.
After the nomination was presented, the first gathering of the squad of Advisors for the prevention of hatred speech and crimes motivated by prejudice with the participation of the lawyer General was held.
