Play failure. Users study net problems

From around 10:00 a.m. on June 25, 2025, network users Play complain of serious problems with net access. Failures happen in both fixed and mobile services.

Downdetector website data shows a clear increase in the number of notifications from 10:00 a.m.. Users mainly inform about No fixed net access (77%)but problems besides concern Mobile net (15%) and cell scope (8%).

Many users point to no reaction by operator P4who manages the Play brand. Until the time of publication of this text the company has not issued an authoritative message or method communication.

Accident reports come from all over the country, but most of them come from large urban centres:

Boat
Kraków
Poznań
Wrocław
Katowice
Bartoszychce
Lublin

The scale of notifications and the diversity of locations indicate possible national failure or problems with central infrastructure Play.

No information from the operator

So far Play did not publically address method problems, although the number of applications importantly exceeds the standards for the day. There was no mention of a malfunction on the authoritative social network channels of the operator.

This situation is frustrating for customers, especially companies and people working remotely for whom lack of access to the fixed net may entail real losses. net users appeal to Play for urgent clarification and restoration of services.
