The attack on the independency March is “a curiosity, scandalous and not accidental thing”

The case of searches ordered by the Public Prosecutor's Office supervised by Adam Bodnar at the premises related to the independency March is besides curiosive, scandalous and not accidental. To my knowledge, the point is that during a 100-year march of almost a million people on the 100th anniversary of independence, individual felt frightened and accused the organizers after the march. The prosecution so seeks six years later a man who was liable for the ‘threat’, knowing neither his identity nor having his photographs or description.

The organizers of the march six years ago have testified that they don't know what or who. The case was dropped years later and now resumed for political reasons. The prosecutor so demands the release of non-existent lists of names of all active in organizing the march in 2018. No real victims. No perp. No evidence. No witnesses. But all this is not a problem for prosecutor Maciej Młynarczyk – an influential prosecutor from the time of Minister Zbigniew Ziobro, thrown by the government of the alleged United Right on the episode of the fight of all who had something critical to say about Ukrainians, including perpetrators of the genocide in Volyn (Procurator Młynarczyk does not usage this term). It was this prosecutor who even led to the conviction of the survivor of the Volyn massacre. Fighting the alleged hatred speech is his specialty. He was useful to the Law and Justice Government and is now nevertheless useful to the GO. Artificially resumed by Minister Adam Bodnar, the conduct becomes an excuse to search the homes and offices of people from the national environment. By the way, average standards are being broken – for example, present police forcefully entered the office of the independency March Association, not even asking for the release of things they search and are not there at all (because the list of names of participants of the March of 2018 invented by the prosecutor simply did not be and the prosecutor's office has it in the papers after erstwhile police interrogations).

Młynarczyk to artificially combine with this artificially created and absurd case. There is no and there will be no acceptance for the lawlessness of OPIS personnel in the judiciary. There's no agreement between us to violate civilian rights, either under the Law and Justice. Artificially, for years in the days of Zbigniew Ziobro, Adam Bodnar has now resumed himself and thinks that he will have something on it. Nothing's gonna work like Zbigniew Ziobro hasn't. The national environment will appear from this enhanced, and the independency March will pass this year, as in erstwhile years. Without creating lists of names, but creating a good patriotic atmosphere of large manifestation of free Poles!
