Ursula von der Leyen's candidacy was accepted by the European Parliament by a majority of 401 votes to 284. In her speech to start her second term, the EC Head confirmed what the Confederation and the conservative and liberal environment across the Union feared, i.e. the continued implementation of the EU's migration policy, the adoption of proposals for Treaty amendments to extend Brussels' competences and limit the capacity of national states, and the continuation of a catastrophic climate policy whose stated nonsubjective is to reduce CO2 emissions by 90% by 2040.
It is worth noting that Ursula von der Leyen was elected for the second word with even more votes than 5 years earlier, which seems to propose that the increasing number of Euro MPs identify with the above-mentioned objectives. The support given by von der Leyen did not even prevent the European Union Court in Luxembourg from ruling that the European Commission headed by it violated EU standards of transparency erstwhile purchasing vaccines from Pfizer for EUR 30 billion, which is most likely the most costly issue of the past term. Euro MPs besides do not seem to see that the effect of climate policy, which is radically expanding the cost of economical activity, is to drive manufacture beyond EU borders.
As Mr Witold Tumanowicz said,“For the last 5 years, the European Commission has pursued a disastrous policy that has besides affected Polish agriculture, has affected the Polish economy. After all, this is simply a duty-free trade agreement with Ukraine, it is simply a substance of strict standards which were imposed on farmers. It is simply a question of combating conventional motorization, that is, fighting cars with combustion engines, imposing taxes in this area."
“What are the plans for the next 5 years, for another term? Of course, the implementation of all the demands and elements of the migration pact, are treaty changes, which aim to make Poland the Euro-Colochos Land. This is besides the advancement of climate murderism: already yesterday Ursula von der Leyen announced, in terms of CO2 limits, further reductions, by 90% by 2040. It besides maintained the ban on the registration of combustion vehicles in the European Union countries" – warns Marta Czech from the Confederacy.
Representatives of the Civic and Left Coalition join the Euro MPs who support the re-election of Ursula von der Leyen. The head of the European Commission in fresh years was famous, among others, for the initiation of an infringement procedure against Poland due to the alleged deficiency of regulation of law, as well as blocking funds from KPO for Poland. Both of these events were utilized by the opposition at the time for its current political conflict and electoral campaign.
STOP anti-Polish actions of the European Commission!
