A press conference by the Confederate before the office of the Ministry of Digital Affairs attended by Members Dobromir Sosnier and Witold Stoch.

Good riddance:
– We are going to intervene in connection with the ideas of the ministry, which plans to arbitrarily delegate emanation standards to drivers within the mCitizen application, without informing them of this, on the basis of a very rigid criterion, most likely the date of production of this car. It's not rather clear. And that's what we want to find out, what kind of government algorithm is going to apply? What will all this be about? ...

– Note that according to specified a rigid criterion, vehicles manufactured, for example from 1992 to 1995, are considered to comply with the Euro 1 standard. From 1996 to 2002 to Euro 2, from 2003 to 2004 to Euro 3. In fact, it may be that the car produced in 1995 meets the Euro 3 standard.

Why is that relevant? This may affect the entry into these “clean air zones”. And individual who doesn't know on his own initiative what standards he's assigned can be caught in any kind of trap.

– Why is it so important? And why do we think that the government, now on vacation, was changing this regulation of the Ministry of Digitalism? Well, respective large cities in Poland, including Warsaw Kraków and Wrocław are preparing to introduce alleged clean transport zones, which we call transport exclusion zones.
Older cars, or they won't be allowed to enter city centres at all. Or possibly this center will grow just like the pay-parking zones for the next neighborhoods and shortly whole cities will be specified zones of transport exclusion. Either the owners of these vehicles, the drivers, will gotta pay additional fees to enter city centres, or the full city. And either they're gonna pay this alleged wash or they're gonna gotta pay a ticket.
And now the issue is that they may not know that they may not know what kind of Euro Norma and can they enter this street or not? This will be assigned automatically. Nor will it be possible to appeal this decision, which may be arbitrary and not be related to the actual operation of the engine of this car and whether the exhaust gas of this car meets this Standard 1, 2, 3 or 4.
