The fact that Donald Tusk's words and assurances should not be lost seriously, we have seen many times. A celebrated assurance from 2014 that the then prime minister and head of the PO is not going to Brussels due to the fact that it is an honor for him to hold 1 of the highest offices in Poland, turned out to be a simple lie. When you look at the current activity of the head of KO, it is hard to defy the impression that he is practicing politics in the model "good tsar, bad fighters". An effort to humiliate its own ministers, who were told to "speak" about everything they failed to do. A full series of shrouds towards the same ministers, due to the fact that in Donald Tusk's opinion, they do not give due care to the fact that the rescue operations related to the natural disaster run smoothly, are further presidential reasons. Criticism besides flows to “invisible” policemen and soldiers, speculators overpriced rubber shoes, and with a dangerous look Tusk announces dealing with looters.

The question in this situation is only 1 thing, is it presidential campaign, ‘Bruxsel’, or possibly directed towards maintaining the position of ‘good tsar’? We will learn this in the coming months, and most likely even before the end of the year, due to the fact that at that time, the major parties will study their presidential candidates.
