ADAM MICHNIK, THE warrant OF THE ARRANGEMENT, THE MOST FASHIST IN POLAND –
POLITICAL AND MEDIARY GANGSTERS OF OWNERS ARE NOT RETURNED FROM ANYTHING TO RETURN HER
With Ewa Stankiewicz – journalist, director, president of the Association of Solidarnia 2010, prosaator, among others, phase designer and manager of the movie “Krzyż”, co-founder of the Election Control Movement, in “Warsaw Gazeta”; no. 52 of 23 – 30 December 2015 talked to Aldon Zaorska.
Aldona Zaorska. How do you measure the current hysteria we are dealing with in Poland? Is democracy truly at stake? Or, on the contrary, are the interests of a narrow group of people of the erstwhile political arrangement at risk?
Eva Stankiewicz. I think it is alternatively an effort by communists and gangsters to carry out the 3rd Polish regime, draining Poland for years, a typical coup under the motto of democracy. After all, the fact that the majority in the Sejm present has the Law and Justice is simply a manifestation of democracy – people in free, unfettered elections have pointed out who they trust and who they entrust with authority. And this decision of society is very much under attack today!
Incidentally, these elections were free, but not free from falsehood!
The 2010 Solidars will shortly print a study on their progress. A detailed statistical analysis indicates that the election consequence of the Law and Justice was most likely even a fewer percent higher than the authoritative one.
A.Z. Then why was the data that Poles got to know published?
E.S. In Poland there is simply a very strong "traditional" of electoral counterfeits. However, thanks to the expanding social control of these elections, despite many efforts, it has not succeeded in falsifying them adequate to reverse the decision of the public. Therefore, what we are dealing with now, all these CODEs – y, mainstream lamentations and performances, are simply a scream, I apologize for the expression "flock" torn from the trough. Examples can be multiplied, starting with the late celebrated Constitutional Court. justice Andrzej Rzeplinski does not represent the law at all. He's breaking the law. What he is doing is simply a classical power claim – he and Tuleja and Biernat wrote a bill which he pushed through the Komorowski Seym in June. This bill prepares the overthrow of the fresh president elected virtually a fewer days earlier. Written by judges expanding their own power, the Constitutional Court Act is simply a creation created against the Constitution. The Constitution limits the scope of the TK. Thus forcing the treatment of him and like a court and as a power is simply a de facto coup attempt.
On the 1 hand, it is to be done with the hands of judges specified as Rzeplinski, Tuleja, Biernat, or Wróbel, with the aid of an unillustrated legal corporation, which is the origin of incredible corruption in the judiciary, and on the another hand, with the aid of serviceable media specified as “Gazeta Wyborcza” and the creation of street movements specified as the Committee for Democracy Defence (CODE) – under the slogans misleading people. A.Z. But in the media, they are shown differently. You think society can't be fooled?
E.S. That is what I think – the society has shown the red card to the layout represented by Michnik and Petru. Michnik is already leaving for lame, but media specified as "Gazeta Wyborcza" or TVN are inactive trying to manipulate society and we have a propaganda festival.
A.Z. Speaking of Michnik, you called him the biggest fascist in Poland...
E.S. I named and maintained that opinion. I called him a fascist, due to the fact that if you treat Fascism as an extreme, which excludes any part of society from the right to equal treatment, humiliates people with very brutal methods of inciting hatred with lies and propaganda, then the biggest, most harmful society and public life in Poland is Adam Michnik.
A.Z. Michnik applies reasoning on a rule – democracy is for us and for those who think as we do?
E.S. It's not just that. This is primarily about his attempts to dehumanize a full part of society. After all, this is the man who planted specified hatred in Poland and so poisoned people's minds, staking on himself full social groups in our country that he should stand trial for it.
Finally, hatred speech, hatred incitement are punishable.
A.Z. possibly the reason he's more mundane and all he's after is the money he's losing. After all, the change of power is for Agara, for “Gazeta Wyborcza” the failure of respective million from subscriptions and public announcements...
E.S. Of course, in all these "protests" and activities of Adam Michnik, it is truly about the large money, the lost origin of the state money drain. "Gazeta Wyborcza" against our will for years fed on our money, receiving truly gigantic amounts. Michnik, on the another hand, is not just about money. In my opinion, he always meant the government of souls, and he can't bear to lose it. Him and his triggers. It hurts him more than losing money. In my opinion, there may be a scene of manifestation under Agora's office in Czerska erstwhile people came under the “Gazeta Wyborcza” on 13 December to protest the lies, propaganda and hatred that he cultivates and faced the cordon of the police that separated this rich building from the protesters.
And behind the back of the police was a fistful of people "Election", hidden behind a police cordon and a immense power jammer (sic!). It is reportedly the media’s appeal for democracy did not want to perceive to the voice of the people.
The jammer roared at the full regulator recorded earlier (!) slogans, chanting and songs by Jack Kaczmarski (I uncertainty if he would like singing under these circumstances, but “Gazeta” had no scruples).

The chief propagandists didn't have the courage to face people. In my opinion, this painting spoke everything – who is who, whose side he stands on and who he represents.
A.Z. And how do you view the situation that journalists “Gazeta Wyborcza” compose comments to German newspapers, and then these newspapers thunder about “the coup in Poland”?
E.S. With respect to the election, the tradition of referring to the regime's authorities as colleagues is rather firmly rooted and its authors valued. These are average whistleblowers who will not hesitate to ask for external assistance in the fight for power in Poland, as they erstwhile did. First of all, these people lie. It is not possible to formulate slanders in Poland or in an global forum. If specified slanders are made, they should be held accountable.
A separate issue is the rhetoric of clown Martin Schulz. If the highest officials of the European Union dare to endanger Poland, this is simply a task for the Polish government and diplomacy.
The Polish authorities must respond to specified propaganda and not let it to spread. In the case of EU politicians, there is no talk of any stupidity – their behaviour is simply a whip they shake to keep their financial and ideological interests in Poland. And no sovereign government, no sovereign state, can let it. He must respond and I hope he will do so effectively. Fortunately, in my opinion, as people are immune to the propaganda of "Electionary" or TVN, so are they already immune to the propaganda of this group, which has taken over the ideologically and structurally European Union.
That's why Schulz's yelling doesn't convince them either.
Schulz is simply a man of utmost views, as far as I can tell, a nonuk would usually be marginalized. The fact that it stands so advanced in the structures of the Union unfortunately causes it to be destroyed and weakened. Schulz no longer has this effect, people have besides been immune to the propaganda of EU officials, but the last dinosaur “Gazeta Wyborcza” tries to make a whip out of it for Poland. It is inactive a problem of propaganda in abroad media.
A.Z. Why?
E.S. due to the fact that on a European or global scale, the situation on the media marketplace is akin to that in Poland. There is simply a general leftist trend promoted by immense corporations with their press titles in many countries and pursuing the ideology of political correctness. Even if ideology does not play a greater role, experience shows that it is increasingly hard for facts, it is easier for propaganda. specified media are "BBC", "Washington Post", or "CNN", where the slanderous program towards Poland was done by a colleague of Radosław Sikorski and his wife – Fareed Zakaria, working regular for the "Washington Post" – the same paper as Anne Appleubaum – Sikorski's wife.
But aside from these individual connections, which are of course much more, we are dealing with very serious signals, indicating that the image of the planet passed on by the widely respected media, can be just as "sound" as the 1 shown to the planet about Poland. Personally, I uncertainty the media issue is just our problem. I think it's akin in the planet in our cultural circle.
A.Z. What do we do about it?
E.S. Start building a worldwide network of media that opposes this propaganda of lies, and at the same time scope people. At the same time, make methods that will defy these media frauds and show their lies. Teach children in school courage and self-thinking.
A.Z. In Poland, it would be easiest to take over public media, which – there is nothing to hide – are present practicing propaganda of lies to no little than the 2 largest private stations.
E.S. In my opinion, TVP- Info is worse now even than TVN24. The people who work in it “walk around the band.” It's not even propaganda, it's a clean fight, frequently at the level close to George Urban. Therefore, all day of hold in restoring this means of social communication to Poland and Poles is simply a immense loss. It's truly about hours. We request to get these media gangsters off the cameras and work out a law that restores TVP to the public.
A.Z. This will undoubtedly face the attack. Tomasz Lis has already gone to cry to the Germans up his sleeve, that freedom of speech is threatened due to the fact that he is losing his occupation on public television...Only to watch the Germans start thundering again, that's how it is...
E.S. Lis hopes that he will fly to German media, these will rise the larum, behind them will rise the Union's scream, and the Polish government will bow as shortly as possible. He won't bend. Prime Minister Beata Szydło made that clear. People besides see mainstream media propaganda in another countries. The strength of these media weakens everywhere – people just get tired of them. The fox, on the another hand, should be pushed to the margins of public life by society. And a group of “orphans after the regime” can build CODEs, provided they do not incite to hatred. As we know, this has already happened and ended tragically. I hope it doesn't happen again. The fox is just specified a media imam that inspires hatred and can keep up with people who scope for weapons. This is, in my opinion, a greater danger on his part than the slanders wept in German newspapers. Democratic countries ban the actions of the most aggressive imams.
A.Z. So I will ask a small provocatively – are you not afraid that the protests of CODEs and specified such creatures will, however, become stronger?
E.S. Protests don't. Their organizers hope they will stir up social sentiments. Perhaps, thanks to propaganda, they will someway succeed, but I uncertainty that they will be able to get people into social protests on a larger scale. The people of the erstwhile establishment conflict only and exclusively for their own interests and stay at the alleged trough. They don't even care who went to the CODE march.
Besides, in view of the consequence of the election, they managed to fool around 20 percent of the population, and that is not adequate for the revolution.
I hope that a propaganda tube will be torn from their hands in a moment, which they have made public tv and will lose even more. There is large determination on the part of reformers.
On the side of the erstwhile establishment is simply a fight to the death. They won't let go and quit on her. That's why if I'm afraid, it's not to organize mass protests by them, it's to do any utmost thing like murdering Mark Rosiak's dead. These political and media gangsters, cut off from power, they won't step back from anything to get her back.
It's an environment with blood on its hands!
A.Z. You mean on April 10th and Lech Kaczyński's death?
E.S. Yeah.
The Polish side had to participate in the assassination in Smolensk. There's no another explanation for this plane's disintegration, like a series of explosive explosions on board. Everything indicates that the charges were placed on the plane during its renovation in the Russian Samara, and were activated in Poland before the start of April 10 from Okęcia.
Some preparations had to take place in Poland. A full group of Sikorski, Arabski, Tusk, Miller, Klich, Kopacz, Bahr, Turowski – without the cooperation of these people, the assassination would not have worked. I do not know in whose case it was a full conscious and murder-oriented cooperation, who “only” allowed his actions to end in assassination, and who only believed that he would “kick” Kaczyński.
But I have no uncertainty that without their cooperation, actions and omissions, execution would not have been successful. The facts must find an independent prosecutor's office.
A.Z. What about the another actions related to that crew? What steps should be taken first?
E.S. As I said, the Act on Public tv and the healing of the current sick situation in the media. But you must not forget private television!
I see no reason to defend the private media marketplace from the Antitrust Office, which enters as shortly as a monopolist appears on the market.
Meanwhile de facto both of the largest private news televisions have a monopoly on the media marketplace together with TVP. It is noteworthy that these stations represent only 30 percent of the population. As much as 60 percent of it has no mainstream news station. This has to change!
A.Z. Next steps?
E.S. I am built by the fact that the PiS is actually moving forward and I think there is no request to hint here.
Surely, those criminals who have stolen national property or taken another illegal actions must be accounted for. It cannot be that in Poland an old female who stole a butter cube from poorness is sentenced to prison, and the criminal who brought millions out of the Treasury companies remains unpunished. It must not be specified that the individual liable for the privatization scams or the justice breaking the law, as Rzeplinski did.
Democracy is what people are equal to the law and it's time to bring democracy here.
There is besides a request for absolute transparency of public life, including disclosure of the names of all erstwhile TWs, in another words, mirroring is necessary.
It is besides crucial to draw attention to the activity of the Constitutional Court, which has blocked so far a full series of laws aimed at introducing democratisation of public life in Poland, including just mirroring, decommunisation or beginning legal professions.
It is time to end the situation where the Constitutional Court is simply a bypass of democracy.
A.Z. Should president Andrzej Duda disclose an annex to the WSI liquidation report?
E.S. Yeah. This is absolutely necessary!
