The process of questioning elections actually started long before the run and the candidates were announced. At the time, representatives of the “coalition on 13 December” behaved very confrontationally and openly on the agenda, which had nothing to do with constitutional order and democratic standards. The main point of this plan was to undermine the decisions of the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs as "non-existent", and the next step was to take over the duties of the president of Poland by Marshal of the Sejm Simon Holovnia.
Both are nothing but coup d'état, which is why under public force and strangely parts of the media, not sympathetic to the opposition, Donald Tusk, Adam Bodnar and Simon Holovnia withdrew from this idea. In the presidential run and even after the results were announced, no 1 took the subject anew. On the contrary, the loser Rafał Trzaskowski, like the another candidates, congratulated Karol Nawrock on his victory. It was only after 2 days, erstwhile Roman Giertych immediately entered the game, a popular portal for children and young people, an amateur analysis showing the anticipation of falsifying the election, and de facto reactivated the plan before the election campaign.
On the following day, the anonymous author of the “analysis” admits to the mistake and, in addition, unceremoniously declares that he was intoxicated erstwhile he was engaged in statistical simulation. Despite apparent embarrassment, Gierty does not retreat from his conspiracy theory, and at any point Donald Tusk himself joins him, in a classical “style”, a series of provocative statements and publications on the portal “X”. However, this time, Tusk does not become the master of the situation, but collects improbable whips from almost all sides, excluding the most extremist Citizens' Coalition voters centered around Roman Giertych. Following the reaction of public opinion, Donald Tusk withdraws from the harsh message, but his function is taken over by Adam Bodnar, who has increasingly worse marks among the electorate of the "coalition 13 December", and for this he fears Roman Giertych and the failure of his ministerial position.
Adam Bodnar begins to bluff and simultaneously sabotage the work of the SN Chamber in different fields. He demands a copy of all the electoral protests, which, of course, requires the tremendous work of the court staff and threatens to obtrusion, with a very tight deadline for publication of the resolution. After being refused by SE, Bodnar ‘terrors’ that the National Prosecutor's Office may take over the counting of votes in committees, by beginning proceedings for alleged electoral fraud. In the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs, this again does not make the slightest impression, and the force on voters and Giertych is increasing. In consequence Bodnar performs fake and limited movements. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
It is not hard to know that specified fake movements irritate Roman Giertych's supporters who request concrete action. The Minister of Justice and the lawyer General responds with another bluff and applies to the SN to convert votes in more than 1,400 committees, indicated in the protest of the fresh star from Gierty's stable, who is Krzysztof Kontek. This conclusion is inherently pure cover, having nothing to do with earlier Buncho announcements, and is besides completely irrelevant, as previously the SN rejected the Kontka protest for formal reasons. Under these circumstances, Adam Bodnar almost explicitly acknowledged that he would not take the hazard of initiating proceedings on all committees and taking over the votes placed on deposits.
In the context of the reconstruction of Adam Bodnar's listed government, they fell very low and pressure from the hard electorate of the civilian Coalition is getting bigger and bigger to resign this minister first. In this way Bodnar was trapped, due to the fact that on the 1 hand, he was oppressed by voters, while on the another hand, the possible of a life prison for violating Art. 127 k.k., which speaks of a coup. In case that is not enough, the coalitions with Simon Holovnia at the head are completely cut off from the extremist ideas for which there are highly advanced prison sentences. Bodnar only has to number on Donald Tusk not wanting to trade him for Giertych, which has been said for a long time, due to the fact that it is simply a deterrent swap almost the full centre electorate. So much for the revolutionary plans of the ruling team.
