This morning 3 armed Berlin police knocked on my door with a warrant to search my apartment. They did a search, interrogated me and my wife, and confiscated my computer.
The search warrant was issued in connection with a fresh criminal investigation conducted against me by the Berlin National Prosecutor's Office. erstwhile again, as in 2023 , I was accused of distributing pro-Nazi material, and this is about my book “ The emergence of the fresh average Reich: Consent mill Essays”, Volume III (2020-2021) .
Unlike previous charges against me , which were based on 2 tweets depicting the cover of the book and opposing the alleged COVID-related measures, is simply a fresh criminal investigation based on my book publication and distribution.
The book was banned by Amazon in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands in 2022. To date, there is no evidence that it was officially banned in Germany by the German authorities, although it was withdrawn from distribution at the same time as Amazon banned it. It is inactive available in all another countries, with its global distribution being handled by Amazon and Ingram Content Group.
Today's visit dispels any doubts as to whether the book is officially banned in Germany. She's officially banned. And I am being prosecuted and intimidated by the German authorities for the "crime" of its writing, publication and distribution.
This fresh investigation, the search of my home and the confiscation of my computer are blatantly unconstitutional and constitute a gross violation of my rights as author and publisher guaranteed by the German Basic Act (Grundgesetz).
Of course, I will take legal steps to defend these rights.
I'll compose more about today's visit and the fresh investigation shortly after I've configured the fresh computer. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported me and/or reported my case for the last 2 years. As many of you know, my first criminal proceedings are inactive pending appeal in the German ultimate Court. I assumed their decision, regardless of the outcome, would yet end this nightmare. Of course, I was wrong.
