Taras Barszczowski, Ukrainian oligarch has been pursued by a BOLO since March 25, 2023 for moving an organized armed crime group. In addition, he flooded Poland with inexpensive Ukrainian apple concentrate, destroying our home manufacturers.
Ukrainian oligarch Barszczowski is simply a figure well known to Polish farmers and entrepreneurs. Many of them did not receive money for goods and services. In March this year, the police issued an APB on the Ukrainian thief under Article 258(3) – establishing or directing a group or association as referred to in Article 258(1) including those of an armed nature.
Taras Barszczowski known for his company that operated in Poland — T.B. Fruit, whose debt to Polish farmers, transport companies, service companies, etc. is to oscillate within 100 million PLN.
On October 25, 2022, the territory Court of Kielce, 5th economical Division declared T.B. bankruptcy. Fruit:
Barszczowski's companies attracted customers, paying reasonably and efficiently (in cash) for practically all quantity of goods. erstwhile the news spread and assurance in Ukrainian oligarchy grew, Barszczowski contracted as much as he could and then stopped paying.
Barszczowski is in Ukraine and does business there — he puts more products on the shelves of Ukrainian shops. In Ukrainian media, the businessman boasted that in 2022 he bought 200 tanks, among others, to increase his exports of apple concentrate to Poland and Europe.
The EU and the war brought an additional gift to Barszczowski. Through the war in Ukraine, energy across the EU has increased by expanding production costs. It did not increase in Ukraine, which created competitive conditions. These areas were even better as the EU abolished 30% of the work on Ukrainian products. For Barszczowski it opened the real El Dorado.
Barszczowski's tankers, operating within TANK TRANS, were actually seen in concentrate purchases. Result? From July 2022 to January 2023, the import of apple concentrate amounted to 37,000 tonnes — of which 3/4 from Ukraine — is simply a double increase.
In Ukraine, Barszczowski is regarded as a model of an entrepreneur, and nobody asks about the Polish debt. The curious individual does not say anything about it either.
Do Poles have a chance to recover money — e.g. by taking over the assets of the Polish T.B. Fruit branch? Everything points to no, and it's due to a clever procedure. Here on the property of the company in Poland a mortgage of EUR 50 million was established. Its owner is... a company from the Caymans.
