A series of Ukrainian defeats in court! This time he lost to Dr. Lucy Kulinska

Igor Krawetz (formerly Isaiah) suffered another defeat in court. After a terrible defeat in the trial against Jack Meatlar (he described the case on the portal HERE), during which the court declared the Ukrainian to be a provoker, and after defeat with Katarzyna Sokołowski (we described the case HERE), now it's time to mess with Dr. Lucy Kulińska (the tape from the trial is placed under the text).

Ukrainian accused Dr. Lucyna Kulińska of alleged defamation (Art. 212 k.k.), which he boasted respective times (similar to the trials with Jacek Międlar and Catherine Sokolovska). The Ukrainian did not like Dr. Kulińska's mention to the entry by Krawetz (formerly Isayev) in which he compiled Christmas wishes addressed to Poles with the claim that “even animals begin on Christmas
speak", and compare the march of the Day of Memory of the Cursed Soldiers to advance fascist ideology.

Last week, in the territory Court for Warsaw-Śródmieście collapsed a judgement acquittal of Dr. Lucyna Kulinska. justice Margaret Drewin announced the verdict. In the oral justification of the judgment, she pointed out that private indictments cannot service to block public debate in Poland, and such, concerning Polish-Ukrainian relations, undoubtedly happens in society. – Exchange of views is an overriding value to be protected – said justice Drewin and added that protection is besides subject to charge criticism, Lucy Kulińska did it. – Polish-German and Polish-Ukrainian relations are hard relations and the court considers that we request to work on these relations, evaluate, (...) improve and form said the judge.

The conviction is not final.

On Facebook, Dr. Kulińska published a comment after the trial.
