This European Union has not been disturbed by this state. We do not talk in a situation where there was a zero option, were hired in ’89, or ’90,000 young lawyers who had pro-democratic views alternatively than pro-communist views. And now someone's trying to violate this wonderful blissful state. It's not like that.
We have a strategy that's spe-trified, no change from communism. And it turns out that in this strategy you are not allowed to make changes at the moment, due to the fact that we have Eurocrats flying in and saying, “Hola, hola! The second issue of the European Union is simply a full Eurocratic band. And this group of Eurocrats in Poland fueled the rebellion in the judiciary. What we have right now is 2 centers. any focus on Brussels and Luxembourg, others on Warsaw.
Those who are aware of Brussels and Luxembourg say so: The president of the constitutional law of grace has no right to apply. We think it's narrow. We do not care about 2 judgments of the Constitutional Court, we do not care about the text of the Constitution, we do not care about textbooks for the law due to the fact that we have our opinion. She's over it.
And we have Eurocrats behind us. Second thing they say? We don't care that the president applied the law of grace. We're going to convict ourselves. And if we condemn ourselves, we don't care about the verdict, the ruling of the ultimate Court, due to the fact that ours is on top and the end.
And at this point, 1 thing can save us. And the question is, is it going to save us: a regulation that nobody talks about? rule of constitutional autonomy of the Sejm. The Marshal and all of us as Members have autonomy. We have a war between any judges, average ultimate Court courts and judges with the Constitutional Court and the ultimate Court and the President. And they're trying to limit the President's powers. In this war, we – and nobody says it – can behave neutrally as the Sejm.
In my opinion, the ultimate Court issued the ball to Marshal Holownia in order to unload this conflict, that is to say, “There was a law of grace. The decision to revoke the mandate shall be void. We work in this lineup, we decision on.”
