– The Confederation wants to set up an enquiry committee to analyse the causes and consequences of the mass and uncontrolled entry into Poland of food from Ukraine.
We are very happy and we congratulate farmers on their courage, besides sometimes heroic courage, that they decided to take the streets. This problem of mass import, filled grain warehouses has become a problem not only of 1 industry, selected manufacture in Poland, but it has become a problem nationwide.
In order to realize the meaning of this issue, which we are now dealing with as a country, as, even I would say, Europe, it is worth to say, to remind us of numbers, to mention any measurable figures. So, ladies and gentlemen, and these are the numbers not estimated on the basis of the information obtained from the Confederate activists, but they will be the figures given by the ultimate Chamber of Control. So these are going to be numbers that we can't have any doubts about.
About wheat import in 2022 alone, this import was higher by a percent of seventeen, but not by 17%, ladies and gentlemen, only 17,000% more. Between the erstwhile year and the next year this wheat imports have increased from 3 1000 tonnes, ladies and gentlemen, to 5 100 and 20 1000 tonnes!
If we say on maizeIt's not 29% again, but 29,000%!The imports of maize have increased from over 6.2 1000 tonnes per million 8 100 1000 tonnes of maize, ladies and gentlemen.
And the same. Rape, mention is 670%.
We're dealing with massive increases.
It is besides worth mentioning the second element, which appeared in public space, specified as method cereals. Technical grain went to Poland from 1 January 2022 to 30 April 2023 over 103,000 tonnes! And again, we're gonna be feeding off not numbers from our activists, but numbers from the D.A.'s office, due to the fact that the D.A.'s office is telling us that more than 300 1000 loaves of bread which appeared on our Polish tables may have been produced from this quantity.
The Confederate sees no another anticipation than the establishment of a committee of enquiry and uncovering those people who are liable for endangering the wellness and life of Poles, but besides plaits of many Polish farmers.
