In a long time, nothing amazed me as the results of the poll, in which nearly 80 percent of the respondents answered that they would go and vote in elections to the Europarliament. It would be a attendance evidence not only in our home elections to the European Parliament, but in the elections in Poland in general.
The survey I mentioned was conducted Studio Opinion24 for TOK FM. In a Friday morning radio morning, in which I have been talking about politics all week, the results of the poll were quoted by Jacek Żakowski. I guess no of the commentators present in the studio could believe that the respondents' statements would be confirmed in the June 9 election.
To be precise, 48.9% of respondents declared a "strong" willingness to participate in the elections, and 30.2% chose to "perhaps so". Together, that's 79.1%.
I believe that's what people said. If this survey is not a lie – and I have no reason to say otherwise – then possibly too a totally improbable consequence – let's think, what would specified a declaration mean?
Almost 80% of respondents say they will do something that nobody believes they will.
Let us just remind that so far the turnout in the elections to the Europarliament ranged from 20.9% in 2004, 24.53 percent in 2009, 23.83 percent in 2014, to evidence 45.68 in 2019.
Or do we respond in the polls as it is? Of course I do. It is foolish to admit that we have no choice but to hear so much about the anniversary of Poland's entry into the European Union and the good that has resulted in our country.
Or possibly there's another reason for a slight lie in the polls? possibly we feel that politicians in election campaigns are promising a lot, but then they don't keep their promises, so it doesn't substance what we say in the poll, and then we don't do what we say? Makes sense.
If the ministers of the government who was expected to reconstruct the regulation of law, democracy and whatever else in Poland can leave unfinished work and pack, that is to say, to run for elections to the EP to go to Brussels, why shouldn't I say that elections to the European Parliament are the most crucial elections in the contemporary past of Poland and I will definitely vote in them and then go to the barbecue for the game and blow it?
Since a organization that had ecology in its DNA, defends combustion cars, and its boss writes on X: “It’s impossible for PiS to compose a taxation on having combustion cars into KPO. This taxation will not be due to the ministers @PL_2050 . Green order? Yeah, but for people and incentives, not warrants and bans. It should be on Rusi”, why should anyone care about any declarations?
Since even Green candidate Friday morning on the TOK FM radio said Green Deal We request to improve, it seems naive to be attached to the words of politicians. So let's not get besides attached to people's declarations that they'll go so crowdedly to the election.
However, I urge everyone to take a walk to the election board on June 9. And in the future, it may be possible to accomplish specified a balance that the scam of politicians will not fuel the scams of citizens, but will halt at all–
