1.5% on WOŚP? The money went mostly to Woodstock, says Piotr Wielgucki

18 million transferred as a copy of 1.5 percent for the WOŚP Foundation was distributed in the majority for the needs of the alleged Woodstock Stop, said in the Zero Channel Piotr Wielgucki.

Piotr Wielgucki was a guest of the program by Robert Mazurek and Krzysztof Stanowski in the “Zero” Channel. The conversation lasted almost 3 hours and was full of details, which nevertheless somewhat sank in general dismay. Wielgucki said that, despite popular opinion, he was not the first to address the subject of WEDS finance.

I like order in facts, and I gotta admit, I wasn't the first 1 to look at the WOŚP Foundation's finances. The first thing Mr. Luke Fołtyn did is, if I didn't get the name wrong, the reptile man. The second was Mr Michał Majewski, who first raised the substance related to the financials of the WŚP Foundation and Jerzy Owsiak. I read these 2 articles and began to dig into sources, i.e. the financial accounts of the WOŚP Foundation, not those colored squares and circles that Jerzy Owsiak shows and convinces that for example he spends more money on equipment and collects during the final. And that was inspiration. – he said.

He then showed papers which, as he said, pictured the methodology of the WOŚP Foundation.

Here we have, ladies and gentlemen, how the WOŚP Foundation accounts for 1.5% of the taxation – he said presenting 1 of the slides. – Jerzy Owsiak says that money goes to treat children, equipment and so on. Well, you see what they're going for. Out of 18 million transferred under the write-down, 1.5% were spent 12 million with a hook. And you see, for example, Woodstock halt for PLN 10 million, aid Ukraine and so on, and so on. So neither a 1.5% gold coin despite the announcements of Jerzy Owsiak and the WŚP Foundation went to children. She surely did not go to Polish children, while the staggering amount for PLN 10 million went to the organization of Woodstock stop. This is the 1.5%. – he pointed out.

But I didn't know that Woodstock was funded with 1.5%. 10 million for a party, I wonder if taxpayers are aware of that erstwhile they decide what public benefit intent to transfer their tax. pic.twitter.com/UooyWkQsUw

How is that different, sir, with the way you do it, I'm gonna do it again, a sick kid collection, and then you're doing a organization or a wedding for that amount? It's an analogous situation. – he added.

Piotr Wielgucki then said that Jerzy Owsiak declares that he earns nothing from being president of the WŚP Foundation. However, as he pointed out, there is simply a company like Golden Melon.

The Foundation owned 100% of Gold Melon's share. The Foundation practically founded this company. It's called a related company. – he said.

The Management Board of the WIŚP Foundation, i.e. in persons specified as Jerzy Owsiak and Lidia Niedźwiecka-Owsiak [the wife of Jerzy Owsiak – ed.] established the Gold Melon Company. He appointed Jerzy Owsiak as president of this company. The only typical of the WŚP Foundation on the board of the Golden Melon company is Mrs Lidia Bear-Owsiak. Thus, the company is managed on its own by the President. Mr Jerzy Owsia became Presidentk – he said.

The first thing he did as Jerzy Owsiak hired Jerzy Owsiak as graphic director. At the minute Jerzy Owsiak's wage – according to reports in the KRS – is about 28 1000 PLN gross. Monthly. Monthly. That's enough. Mr Jerzy Owsiak himself signed contracts of commission and contracts of work. He besides signed specified a contract with Mrs. Lydia Bear-Owsiak – he added.

Of course, it can be said that Mr Jerzy Owsiak has nothing to do with him being president of the WŚP Foundation. Meanwhile, he has everything. If he had not been president of the WŚP Foundation, he would not have appointed the Golden Melon company, which he himself became president and graphic director. If he hadn't been president of the WIŚP Foundation, he wouldn't have hired his wife's economical directory – indicated.

Piotr Wielgucki besides referred to the judgement of the court of Złotorya, pointing out that although he lost due to the fact that he was found guilty of insulting Jerzy Owsiak, at the same time the court confirmed that the information he provided on the financial flows between WŚP and related institutions was based on concrete documents.

Journalists of Channel Zero wanted individual from the Foundation to participate in the discussion about the WOŚP, but nobody wanted to do it.
